Heritage Night Host - $50,000
Celebrate Western traditions by sponsoring Heritage Night, an evening dedicated to honoring the history, culture, and legacy of Jackson Hole. Your organization will be recognized as the official event host alongside our venue and catering partners, with high-visibility branding throughout the evening.
Gala Night Host - $50,000
As a Gala Night Host, your organization will play a key role in the premier social event of ICAR 2025. This prestigious evening features fine dining, keynote speeches, and networking with global leaders in alpine rescue. Sponsorship includes prominent recognition as a host alongside our venue and catering partners, with high-profile branding throughout the event.
Conference Dinner Host - $10,000
As a Conference Dinner Host, your organization will be recognized as the sponsor of one of four evening dinners during the conference. These gatherings provide a full meal and an excellent opportunity for networking and engagement. Sponsorship includes recognition in the conference agenda and branded signage displayed throughout the dinner event.
Pre-Conference Session Host - $5,000
Position your brand as a key supporter of professional development by sponsoring a Pre-Conference Session. Your organization will be recognized as a session host alongside our venue and catering partners, ensuring visibility among early-arriving attendees who participate in these focused training and networking sessions.
Conference Intermission Break Host - $2,500
As the official Intermission Break Host, your organization will be recognized as the sponsor of a designated refreshment break during conference sessions. Conference Breakfast Host - $5,000
As a Conference Breakfast Host, your organization will be named as the official sponsor of one of the conference’s six breakfast sessions, where attendees will enjoy a full meal before the day’s events.
